Jimbaran Bay can be found on a Map of Bali situated in the south not far from Bali International airport, where all Bali flights land. Although this is a very popular holiday destination it has not become as commercial as the other places in Bali. Jimbaran beach is a long beach with the blinding white sand that Bali is known for with flat water all year round. The mix of indigenous and holiday maker places makes it an energetic and engaging place to stay, the architecture although mainly consisting of visitor resorts and hotels is also jumbled in with the local inhabitants conventional dwellings. It is a pity, but as the holiday maker industry grows, this tranquil town will likely go the way of the other favored destinations and it will not be too long before the colourful fishing boats of the fisherman are no longer lining the beach.
